By registering for the Axios Pro Solutions Crew Portal, you acknowledge that you are engaging as an independent contractor. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and equipment unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
The Crew Portal is provided for managing show assignments, timesheets, documents, and communications. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
You agree to keep all client information, show details, financial data, and proprietary business information confidential. This obligation survives any termination of your engagement.
As an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099 form for tax purposes. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes.
Axios Pro Solutions reserves the right to deactivate or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these terms or at its sole discretion.
