We collect personal information you provide during registration and profile setup, including: name, email, phone number, Social Security Number (SSN) or EIN, bank account details, government-issued ID, certifications, and availability.
Your information is used to: manage show assignments and offers, process payments and timesheets, file required tax documents (1099), communicate about work opportunities, and maintain compliance records.
Sensitive data (SSN, bank details, tax IDs) is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Access to PII is restricted to authorized administrators and users with explicit group permissions. All access is logged in our audit system.
We may share your information with: clients (limited to name and role for show coordination), accounting systems (QuickBooks for payment processing), and government agencies (as required by law for tax reporting).
If you opt in to SMS communications, we may send text messages about job offers, schedule changes, and important updates. You can opt out at any time by updating your profile settings. Message and data rates may apply.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your administrator. Note that certain data may need to be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes.
